We are proud to have been part of the comprehensive educational program **"Communication and Financial Management"** organized by the [USAID Diaspora Invest Project](https://diasporainvest.ba/) in Doboj.

The program brought together representatives of startups, small, and medium-sized enterprises from across Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing us with valuable opportunities to improve key skills necessary for business growth and sustainability.

The **first day** of the program focused on **communication and presentation skills**, where through interactive sessions and practical examples, we learned how to:  
- Effectively present products and services to potential partners and investors,  
- Apply negotiation strategies,  
- Develop B2B marketing and manage reputation.  

The **second day** focused on **financial management**, where we:  
- Analyzed balance sheets and income statements,  
- Learned strategies for managing liquidity and optimizing cash flow,  
- Understood the basics of controlling and cost price formation.  

The [USAID Diaspora Invest Project](https://diasporainvest.ba/) once again demonstrated the importance of supporting small and medium-sized businesses through education, mentorship, and technical assistance. We thank the organizers for enabling us to be part of this exceptional program.

We are proud of our participation in the "Communication and Financial Management" program as part of the USAID Diaspora Invest Project.  

Wir sind stolz darauf, Teil des umfassenden Bildungsprogramms **„Kommunikations- und Finanzmanagement“** gewesen zu sein, das vom [USAID Diaspora Invest Projekt](https://diasporainvest.ba/) in Doboj organisiert wurde.

Das Programm brachte Vertreter von Start-ups sowie kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen aus ganz Bosnien und Herzegowina zusammen und bot uns wertvolle Möglichkeiten, wichtige Fähigkeiten zu verbessern, die für das Wachstum und die Nachhaltigkeit unseres Geschäfts unerlässlich sind.  

Der **erste Tag** des Programms konzentrierte sich auf **Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten**, bei dem wir durch interaktive Sitzungen und praktische Beispiele gelernt haben, wie man:  
- Produkte und Dienstleistungen effektiv potenziellen Partnern und Investoren präsentiert,  
- Verhandlungsstrategien anwendet,  
- B2B-Marketing entwickelt und den Ruf verwaltet.  

Am **zweiten Tag** lag der Fokus auf dem **Finanzmanagement**, wo wir:  
- Bilanzen und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen analysiert haben,  
- Strategien zur Verwaltung der Liquidität und Optimierung des Cashflows erlernt haben,  
- Die Grundlagen des Controllings und der Preisbildung verstanden haben.  

Das [USAID Diaspora Invest Projekt](https://diasporainvest.ba/) hat erneut gezeigt, wie wichtig die Unterstützung von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen durch Bildung, Mentoring und technische Unterstützung ist. Wir danken den Organisatoren dafür, dass wir Teil dieses außergewöhnlichen Programms sein durften.

Ponosni smo što smo imali priliku biti dio sveobuhvatnog edukacijskog programa **"Upravljanje komunikacijom i financijama"** koji je organizovao [USAID Diaspora Invest Projekt](https://diasporainvest.ba/) u Doboju. 

Program je okupio predstavnike start-upa, malih i srednjih preduzeća iz cijele Bosne i Hercegovine, pružajući nam vrijedne prilike za unapređenje ključnih vještina potrebnih za rast i održivost poslovanja.

Prvi dan programa bio je posvećen **komunikacijskim i prezentacijskim vještinama**, gdje smo kroz interaktivne sesije i praktične primjere učili kako:

- Efikasno predstaviti proizvode i usluge potencijalnim partnerima i investitorima,
- Primijeniti pregovaračke strategije,
- Razviti B2B marketing i upravljati reputacijom.

Drugi dan fokus je bio na **financijskom upravljanju**, gdje smo:
- Analizirali bilanse stanja i uspjeha,
- Učili strategije za upravljanje likvidnošću i optimizaciju cash flow-a,
- Razumjeli osnove kontrolinga i formiranje cijena koštanja.

[USAID Diaspora Invest Projekt](https://diasporainvest.ba/) još jednom je pokazao koliko je važna podrška malim i srednjim preduzećima kroz edukaciju, mentorstvo i tehničku asistenciju. Zahvaljujemo organizatorima što su nam omogućili da budemo dio ovog programa.
