This Privacy Policy explains how Neuros collects, processes and protects information you voluntarily share with us by using our services and website. This Privacy Policy is in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of information and on the free movement of such information (GDPR).

Collecting and processing information

We collect and process your personal information such as your name, email address, location, phone number, payment information and information about company you represent such as name, VAT ID, email address, phone number and website. In addition, we collect and process your personal information when you have been invited to use our services and website by existing Client in accordance with the Agreement between Neuros and the Client who provided the information and taking into account Client’s legitimate interest.

We also collect and process information about your activity while using our services and website such as information about features you have been using, dates and times of the access, information that identifies your device, operating system, IP address, browser, location, crash information that helps us understand when something breaks and other information.

To collect and process certain information we may use technology such as cookies and tools such as Google Analytics.

We use information to: i) supply you with services and information you have requested via our services and website, ii) facilitate the use of our services and website for you in the most effective manner, iii) perform our obligations under the Agreement we have entered with you, iv) notify you about changes to our services and website, v) adhere to legal requirements stipulated by law, vi) perform marketing, research, performance analysis and troubleshoot activities, vii) protect against fraud.

Your personal information is stored on our servers and we take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal information. The right to access. You have the right to access the personal information which has been stored by Neuros along with information about the purpose of information processing. We will supply you with the copy of your personal information free of charge.

The right to rectification. You have the right to request the correction of personal information which you believe is inaccurate and the right to request to complete any personal information which you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure. You have the right to request erasure of your personal information at any time, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing. You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing. You have the right to object to processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

The right to information portability. You have the right to request a transfer of your personal information which has been collected by us to another organization of your choice or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal information by Neuros infringes the GDPR Regulation.
