Settings

Overview of the Settings Page

On the Settings page, you have access to the following sections: Modeling, Categories, and Organization. We will present what each of them contains separately.

Modeling

Here, you can add new custom fields for assets, work orders, items, or suppliers. Additionally, you can add location, additional costs, and checklists. You can add tasks within checklists to track activities that need to be performed.

Creating a Location

  1. Find the Locations section and click +.
  2. After entering the location name, click Save.

Creating Additional Costs

  1. Find the Additional Costs section and click +.
  2. After entering the additional cost name, click Save.

Creating Checklists

  1. Find the Checklists section.
  2. Click the create checklist button.
  3. After entering the checklist name, click Save.
  4. Enter task details in the appropriate fields and save changes.

Creating Custom Fields

  1. Find the Custom Fields section and click +.
  2. Enter the custom field name depending on whether it is related to assets, work orders, items, or suppliers.

NOTE: If you want to edit or delete a custom field for an asset, click the Edit or Delete icons next to the custom field.

Categories

Here, you can see all categories for assets, work orders, items, suppliers, types of work orders, and reasons for pausing work orders. If you want to edit or delete items within sections, find the ✏️ or 🗑 icons next to the corresponding item. When creating a company, the following items are automatically generated: Asset Category (Real Estate, Transport Vehicle, Equipment), Reasons for Pause (Missing Replacement Part, Other), Work Order Category (Mechanical and Electronic), Work Order Type (Preventive, Corrective, and Incident).

Creating Reasons for Pausing Work Orders

  1. Find the Reasons for Pause in Work Orders section and click +.
  2. Enter the reason in the appropriate input field and save changes.

Creating Supplier Categories

  1. Find the Supplier Categories section and click +.
  2. Enter the category in the appropriate input field and save changes.

Creating Asset Categories

  1. Find the Asset Categories section and click +.
  2. Enter the category in the appropriate input field and save changes.

Creating Work Order Categories and Types

  1. Find the Work Order Category/Work Order Type sections and click +.
  2. Enter a new category or work order type and click Save.

Creating Item Categories

  1. Find the New Item Category section and click +.
  2. Enter the name in the appropriate input field and save changes.

Organization

Here, you can access information about the logged-in organization, including the name, address, language used, currency used, and user roles and permissions for individual organization members.

Setting the Company Language

Find the Language option and choose one of the available languages from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: You can add the organization's language during registration on the website.

Setting the Global Hourly Rate

You can change the general hourly rate of the organization by clicking the ✏️ icon within the Organization page, but the currency remains the one you selected during registration.

Report Notification Settings for Work Orders

You can enable or disable receiving notifications for work orders that do not have a written report.

Find the Work Order Report option within the Organization page and choose YES or NO.
